Yummy yogurt!

Yesterday we ate yoghurt. It looked sticky. It looked nice and smooth. We put it into a bowl. It smelled like strawberries. It was cold. It was in the fridge. It was red and a little bit pink like a strawberry. These are pictures of us pretending to eat yoghurt!

Our beautiful cloak room

Wow! Look at our gorgeous cloak room. We talked about how keeping our bags tidy was important so that people didn't slip or trip on their way into Room 8. We are so proud about how beautiful it looks.

Yoghurt!

Super special strawberry yoghurt!

In Room 8 we have been learning HEAPS about farm animals and the amazing things they do. This week we have learned about cows. Did you know they have FOUR stomachs? Did you know that they give us milk? Did you know that the milk comes from their udders?

We watched a video about how the farmer squeezes the milk from the cows udders. We wrote stories about crazy cows who make banana milkshake.

Today we talked about what we use milk for. Did you know that milk is used to make yoghurt? Even though we usually save yoghurt for eating at home we decided to make a treat. We helped Miss Dee to make strawberry yoghurt! Maybe we'll get to taste it tomorrow?

We wonder how many eggs are hiding under the feathers?

He did a great job - what do you think?
